Australia

International Orders

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes.

Exchange shipments are invoiced separately.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Processing Times

Ready-To-Ship (RTS) pieces are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Made-To-Order (MTO) pieces are handcrafted and ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on fabric availability and production schedule.
If your order includes both, they may be shipped separately.
Delivery Estimates

Domestic (USA & Australia): 3–7 business days

International: 7–21 business days (depending on customs clearance)
Delays caused by couriers or customs are beyond our control, but we’ll assist you in tracking your parcel if needed.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is lost or delayed, contact the courier directly using your tracking number.
