Refund policy

Pia Gladys Perey Returns & Refund Policy

Each Pia Gladys Perey piece is carefully made with intention and craftsmanship.
Our return policy is designed to honor that process while ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.


Return Window

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your package if you wish to initiate a return.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please email orders@piagladysperey.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.
Returned items must be shipped within 14 days of delivery (they do not need to arrive within that timeframe).
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Handling Fees

To help cover the costs of production, inspection, and shipping, the following return handling fees apply:

  • Made-To-Order (MTO) items: $30 handling fee

  • Ready-To-Ship (RTS) items: $10 label fee

These amounts will be deducted from your refund at the time of processing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 days so we can make it right.
In these cases, we will cover all return shipping costs.


Condition Inspection

All returned items are carefully inspected upon receipt.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, alteration, odor, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their expense.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not yet begun.
Once an item enters production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.


International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs duties or import fees.
These costs are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final-sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom orders

All sale and sample items are considered final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.


Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process and timeline as returns.
To receive a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks and credit-card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, contact us at orders@piagladysperey.com.


Made-To-Order Production Disclaimer

Made-To-Order pieces are crafted specifically for you.
Slight variations in color or drape may occur due to fabric characteristics—these are part of the natural beauty of the material and are not considered defects.


Store Credit Option

In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit never expires and may be applied to any future purchase.
