Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on orders within the United States and Australia. Express options are available at checkout for an additional fee.
How fast will my order ship?
- Ready-To-Ship (RTS): dispatches in 1–3 business days.
- Made-To-Order (MTO): handcrafted and ships in 2–4 weeks, depending on fabric and production.
If your order contains both, we may ship separately and provide individual tracking numbers.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International customers are responsible for duties, taxes, and import fees. Typical delivery is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order to start a return. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags attached and in the original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email orders@piagladysperey.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we’ll send a prepaid label and instructions. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery (they do not need to arrive within that window).
Are there return handling fees?
- MTO: $30 handling fee
- RTS: $10 return label fee
Fees are deducted from your refund during processing.
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (banks may take longer to post).
Can I exchange my item?
Yes — return your item following the steps above, then place a new order once your return is approved.
Are any items final sale?
Yes — sale, sample, and custom-made pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I cancel my Made-To-Order piece?
You may cancel within 24 hours if production hasn’t started. After that, materials/labor are allocated and the order can’t be canceled.
